The ground floor living area has a lounge area with TV and comfortable lounges. Wifi is also included. There is a dining area with a table to seat 6 that flows onto the private rear courtyard. The kitchen, which is bright, and very user friendly has all you need to prepare your meals. This level also has a powder room.

The second floor has a comfortable study and 2 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has ample storage with big built in robes. The second bedroom also has built in robes. Both bedrooms access the front balcony, which allows for a great cross breeze.

On the second floor there is also a laundry room and master bathroom with separate bath and shower.

The house has driveway parking for 1 car on site and there is untimed street parking on this road.

This property in conveniently located in Cremorne Point. The ferry is a 5-10 minute walk away along the harbour with a short ride to the city, harbour, and beaches.

Close to Sydney's major events and attractions. Gems such as Peter MacAllum Harbourside swimming pool. Lounge on the decking or float in the pool whilst looking at the bridge and opera house. Visit Blues Point reserve for a picturesque view of the harbour.

This area is home to one of the best preserved Art Deco cinemas in Australia - the Orpheum. From here, a multitude of buses running every few minutes in peak hour, and every 10 minutes out of peak hour, will take you just 15 minutes to the city or (in the other direction) to Manly and other beautiful northern beaches.

You can easily access Chatswood Shopping Centre, Greenwood plaza and the beautiful boutiques that you will find along military road and in Mosman. The Lower North Shore is also teeming with bars and eateries.
